Flashy Adventurer System : Show Off to Get Stronger!

Chapter 198: Colzen Vs Aslan: Second Match

Even the deans were slightly dazed after witnessing Kiin go full ham.

Petrified in utter shock, Asha only managed to gather her wits upon noticing that Kiin\'s bow was aimed right at her.

\'F*ck!\'

Inwardly cursing, Asha dodged the first few arrows by using her repositioning skills.

Unfortunately, all skills have a cooldown and her arsenal of escape skills was quickly drying up.

The gears in Asha\'s brain whirred and churned as she tried to find a way to win. When she realized it was impossible, she quickly made a surprising decision.

Immediately after using her last repositioning skill, Asha jumped down the stage.

"Wha– What is representative Asha doing?! If she fails to return to the stage within three seconds, she will be disqualified!"

Naturally, the crowd was confused, however, her next words immediately explained her actions.

"Ahh, to hell with this. I quit!" Asha said as she grumpily walked back to the Aslan ringside.

While walking under the stunned gazes of hundreds of thousands of eyes, she suddenly turned around and glared at the Colzen representatives.

"Hmmp! You didn\'t defeat me, you understand?! You defeated Breion but not me!" She said before storming off.

Stupefied, Kiin and Harry simply shot her a look of disdain before returning to the Colzen ringside.

\'Heh, what a sore loser.\' thought the Colzen duo.

As she arrived at their designated ringside, Asha was greeted by a frowning Breion.

"Why didn\'t you at least try? You could\'ve taken at least one down with you if you went all out."

"OH SHUT UP! IF YOU HADN\'T LOST TO THAT DUSTY ARCHER THEN WE WOULD HAVE WON!! EVERYTHING WAS YOUR FAULT SO DON\'T YOU MOUTH OFF ON ME!"

Knowing that it was impossible to reason with her, Breion chose to back down after a deep sigh.

It is what it is.

She had a point anyway, if he managed to stop Kiin\'s ferocious and relentless attacks, then they might\'ve won.

Naturally, Damien wasn\'t happy about Asha\'s decision either. However, he knew her and even he would have difficulties making her take accountability for her actions, thus, they simply decided to brush off the defeat.

It was the first round anyway and there were still plenty of chances to come back.

\'Consider yourselves lucky that you weren\'t up against me.\' inwardly scowled Damien as he stared daggers at the Colzen representatives.

Coincidentally, Shye was looking at the Aslan representatives.

Seeing Damien look his way, he gave him a mocking smile along with a quick sneaky middle finger before immediately looking away, not allowing the Aslan strongest representative to retaliate.

\'Wha? HOW DARE THIS LOWLIFE!!\'

Infuriated, Damien had the sudden urge to throw everything out the window and charge at Shye to strangle him.

Fortunately, in the end, his rationality won.

He took a deep breath to calm his raging anger, coping with the fact that he could retaliate all he wanted once their victory was set.

Still, although Damien refused to admit it, he was inwardly shocked at how skilled the Colzen representatives were.

They were at least stronger than the Freia representatives judging from the results of the first match.

However, he never once believed that they would lose.

Fully confident and fueled by anger, Damien led the entire Aslan representative group and strode menacingly toward the main stage.

They couldn\'t allow the hillbillies to sully the proud name of their academy.

They wanted revenge.

The next match type was a full party hunt-type match and the creature they would have to slay was a (B) ranked Forest Troll Berserker who was notorious for being strong, tough, and recklessly aggressive.

Fortunately, it was known to be extremely stupid.

Thus, it would be a battle of both brains and brawn for Colzen and Aslan.

Seeing their opponents ascend the stage, the Colzen representative group also moved.

"Unexpected! Truly unexpected that the kings, Aslan Academy, would lose in the first round. Will Colzen be able to perform a miraculous sweep? Or will Aslan strike back?!"

As two opposing teams of representatives primed themselves, the commentator masterfully stepped in, adding more hype and vibrant enthusiasm to the ongoing grand finals.

After a few seconds of preparation, both teams were ready.

Then, once both party leaders gave their approval, the referee promptly signaled the beginning of the second match.

"Begin!"

*BEEP*

Hearing the referee\'s words, the administrator of the blue dome pressed two buttons summoning a simulated blue-skinned creature with two protruding fangs, a sharp nose, and ugly facial features.

Its bulging muscles threatened to snap the connecting fibers of its makeshift leather armor as it menacingly brandished two battle axes while letting out a deep roar from its ridiculously thick throat.

With one glance, one could immediately discern that it would be a daunting task to defeat the monstrous creature.

However, no one on the stage was intimidated.

The representatives were confident not only in their own abilities but also in those of their teammates.

None of them even thought that they would lose to the creature and it was simply a matter of who could defeat it faster.

Finally, after completing materialization, the two creatures from both halves of the main stage charged ferociously with reckless abandon, chopping away with their battle axes without worrying about repercussions.

Naturally, it was up to the warrior students to stop the monster.

The determining factor hinges on who can manage the monster\'s aggression more effectively.

If they somehow failed to hold the monster back, then their backline would be in trouble, drastically reducing their firepower.

Hence, with glints of bravery in their eyes, Shye, Siegfried, Damien, and Breion, charged forth and courageously took the monster\'s attention away from their allies.
